• Comply with all applicable state and local licensing requirements
• Not misuse the platform for spam or fraudulent purposes

4. Subscription & Billing

Paid subscription tiers (Essential, Pro, Premium) are billed monthly. Cancellation can be requested at any time. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis for billing errors.
