THE BUILDERS LIST CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT

By signing this agreement, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Subscription Model: The Builders List operates on a monthly subscription basis. By selecting a plan (Essential $4.99/mo, Pro $14.99/mo, or Premium $24.99/mo), you agree to pay the listed subscription fee each month. Your listing remains active on the platform for as long as your subscription is current.

2. Listing Visibility: Your business listing will be featured in The Builders List's contractor directory based on your subscription tier. Higher-tier plans receive priority placement, logo display, social media links, and additional features as described at the time of signup.

3. Billing & Cancellation: Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, your listing will remain active through the end of the current billing period, after which it will be removed from the directory. No partial refunds for unused time.

4. Quality Standards: You agree to provide professional service, show up on time, and complete work to industry standards. Failure to do so may result in suspension or removal from the platform.

5. Insurance Requirements: You agree to maintain valid General Liability insurance (minimum $300K coverage) and any other insurance required by law for the duration of your participation in The Builders List.

6. Profile Accuracy: You agree to keep your business information accurate and up to date, including contact details, hours of operation, service areas, and licensing information.

7. Code of Conduct: You agree to communicate professionally, provide accurate quotes, and not engage in any fraudulent or deceptive practices.

8. Disclaimer: The Builders List provides directory listing and matching services only. We do not guarantee project volume, profitability, or any specific business outcomes. We are not responsible for disputes between contractors and homeowners.

9. Modifications: The Builders List reserves the right to modify these terms and pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
